Why is it the most vulnerable who are always the ones that suffer? Shame on you! For these are the ones that we have a duty and obligation to take care of. It's time for you to look elsewhere to cut or acquire the funds that are needed. It's time to start taxing those that are exempt in this state on sales tax and those that pay a lower percentage in income tax . They can afford to pay the taxes like the rest of us have been paying. This is unjust and needs to be changed!

It's time for you to look elsewhere to cut or acquire the funds that are needed. It's time to start taxing those that are exempt in this state on sales tax and those that pay a lower percentage in income tax . They can afford to pay the taxes like the rest of us have been paying. This is unjust and needs to be changed!

Please consider who you are harming by cutttig medicaid, The most vulnerable citizens in IL. depend on this for health care. Doesn't take a genuise to figure out why this is under consideration. These people don't have money to contribute to your campaign but they do vote and so do their families. Think about that!

I work in longterm care,these cuts are going to be so detrimental to the seniors we care for,it is a struggle as it sits now with the current reimbursement we receive from the state,if you make these cuts, everyone will suffer,we won't be able to provide the staff and the care these people deserve, many who have already sacrificed so much ! I can understand cuts to the younger population who continue to abuse the medicaid system having child after child and making a career out of milking the system,but NOT our elderly, they deserve so much more then this !!!
