Please don't cut Medicaid as many families need this service. Many are working minimum wage and if this is taken away will leave them with no way to feed or have medical service for their families

Don't take Medicare away from the seniors. That's the last place u should be cutting spending. How about cutting your wages.

I'm on disability and count of this insurance to help pay for my medical bills and medication. If you cut this out, I will not be able to afford my medicine, my doctor appointments, etc. I don't agree with cutting the insurance for the elderly and the disabled.

The Bible says we are to take care of the poor. As a society, do we have not have a moral obligation to take care of those who are unable to do so for themselves? This is Illinois for crying out loud -- America's heartland -- what are we coming to?

This is getting ridiculous. Seriously??? Why don't the lawmakers take a cut in pay? Do you really need an income like that to live a modest life? We all need to get a grip on reality and take it down a notch. Sometimes we forget where we came from...simple and basic are always better. Give our elderly a break....they have enough to worry about just getting a good hot healthy nourishing meal. Now they have to worry about getting the medication that is keeping them alive....I am disgusted with this country and state for having no backbone and not funding our own before other countries. May God have mercy on your souls when your time comes...and I hope you don't ever have to depend on medicaid after working all your life...just give it to the illegals. ..they earned it right?

Do not cut a program that aids our elderly. They worked hard their entire life and we cannot cut the only funding available to some of them for their care.
