Do not make any further cuts to Medicaid! Our residents and families depend on us to deliver quality care which comes at a higher cost than we are currently reimbursed for! Our residents and families cannot endure further cuts!

Do not cut medicade funding to nursing homes. Our loved ones are in these homes, and many of us are employed by such. Do not approve the govenor's budget.

These kinds of cuts not only affect resident care, but also affects the unemployment. The State keeps making it more expensive to operate nursing homes but then cuts our funding or doesn't pay us for months at a time and yet wants businesses to create jobs.

This is a cut that Medicaid providers cannot sustain. Providers are already pinched with the higher costs of taking care of sicker patients. PLEASE do not cut this valuable funding for our sick, frail, indigent, and elderly.

It is shameful to take money away from the care of the frail and elderly who have paid into the care of this state for many years. Legislators would not dare to ask the grocer to take $1 for a gallon of milk or $.50 for a loaf of bread or the road maintenance crew to take $.50 on the dollar to complete the road work! Why always place that demand on the healthcare industry? These are human lives that matter!

Do not cut medicaid! Too many littles depend on this for every cough, snifflr, earache, summer accident, cavity, glasses, etc. It would be devastating to the well being of these children and those in their social circles.

Don't cut Medicaid. The elderly live on paltry, fixed incomes as it is. Often times they are forgotten by family. Don't let them be forgotten by their fellow man. I pay taxes and I can think of not many more noble ways of spending my tax dollars than on the public welfare. Don't cut Medicaid!!!!!!
