I have spent the last few days compiling the list of programs at risk to present directly to the Governor's office. We are currently drafting a formal letter outlining the specific budget impacts to coordinate with an upcoming meeting request.

Its not fair to the kids who need the extra help with homework. very dissapointed in this decision.
THESE PROGRAMS ARE A LIFELINE for single parents. cutting them is a disaster waiting to happen.
Save the clubs. dont be cheap with our future.
Ridiculous. Malloy needs to find money elsewhere instead of hurting the kids.
Keep the doors open. our neighborhood kids have nowhere else to go after the bell rings.

My kids love these programs and it gives them somewhere safe to be while I finish my shift. Please dont take this away.
