NatWest is not listening to customer concerns. Tarporley has a large elderly population & rural community who use the branch regularly. Tarporley is at least 10 miles from the nearest town (Chester) which for those who don't drive has a 'basic' bus service. NatWest seems to have forgotten its TV advertising pledge to keep the 'last' branch open.

My wife and I use this busy branch often. My wife does not use internet banking and the alternative suggested involves unnecessary travel.

People without a computer would have to travel at least 10 miles to access their bank account.

Apart from my own account held at Tarporley I am on the committees of 2 local clubs and HSBC closing caused a transfer to natwest, hopefully not a waste of an innumerable form filling exercise.

I have used the NATWEST bank for over 40 yrs.I also had an account at HSBC which closed - the service at their Chester branch is appalling, as is the bus service from Tarporley to ~Chester I will soon be unable to drive. I desperately need the NATWEST bankto remain open for business.

This has been my branch for over 30 years, I live in an area with very poor broadband so internet banking difficult. I do not want my account to be automatically transferred to Nantwich - so I fear I will be ending banking with NatWest.

Although many individuals now process transactions on line, cash businesses, of which there are many in Tarporley, and many others in the locality need a bank. Trying to ring up for information is a sure path to total frustration!! Tarporley is a rapidly expanding area with a new housing estate and another planned NW wouldn't be hort of customers.

Tarporley has a rapidly expanding population , numerous businesses and is a long way from another bank branch. It would be a huge loss to the community if the branch closed.

Closing the branch will deprive Tarporley and the area that it serves of an important service. It will degrade the village as a local commercial centre and makes a nonsense of the significant housing development that we are enduring as a consequence of this perceived position.
Having just lost HSBC, we were considering switching to Natwest but this now seems pointless.

It is essential for Tarporley to have this bank not only for personal but more importantly for the business customers. More and more houses are being built here and all the residents will need banking facilities on the high street - not everyone will use the internet.

I am disabled and will find it extremely difficult to get to another bank further away. I have been a customer for over fifty years and according to your TV adverts you are there to help us, well if you close Tarporley this is certainly not the case. A lot of HSBC customers moved to Nat West, Tarporley when that bank shut so I'm sure the footfall has increased greatly. It is so comforting to go into the bank where the staff are so friendly and caring and extremely helpful. Please, please reconsider and think about your loyal older customers who have supported you for, in my case, over half a century.

Sometimes you just need a person to talk to! The phone service is unsatisfactory. We will have to take a disabled child with us to the bank now, one hour round trip, disabled parking provision poor whereas we could park adjacent to bank and easily pop in. Some financial transactions simply cannot be done online. Public transport poor to new locations, impractical for non drivers.

Please don't close Tarporley bank. It is needed by so many different people. The elderly need it for every day to day things. Business people need it for convenience. Not everyone has internet banking. It is needed.
Keep it open we need it and will use it.
