I've been a customer of this branch for over 50 years and have always appreciated their helpfulness at all times. Please don't close this branch it is so nice to be able to talk to someone face to face in stead of an inanimate object.

Tarporley is a "key Service Centre" with a growing population, surely one bank makes sense. Customers would pay for the service.

To lose our only main banking facility in our up and coming village would be detrimental to both businesses and local people, especially the older residents, alike.

There is nowhere else to deposit cash or get advice. There is talk of other cash points closing /charging. Nearest banks are now 5miles or more away.

It is essential that the Nat West Bank in Tarporley remain open beta sues there are numerous residents in the area who do not have computer access and would find it difficult to travel to distances to a branch in Chester or Nantwich

Nat west now have effectively no bank tound here. Chester is a joke with the impossible parking and you have shut all the Chester suburb branches. The Banks, concertedly should have found a way of keeping a Bank building in each established centre. How shop traders will bank cash I dread to think.

It is ludicrous to have a huge Bank building but a sensible smaller one would be invaluable to this growing community. Internet banking is NOT ACCEPTABLE to many older people and the Post Office will NOT be able to cope with both Nat West and HSBC customers.

The growth of Tarporley is spiralling with hundreds of new houses. Why is the infrastructure of the village being downgraded and closing the only bank in the village. Many people who have lived all their lives in the village and are unable to use e-banking or find it hard or impossible to remember PIN numbers are being totally side-lined and forgotten.
