Ludicrous decision to close an amazing facility that so many have benefited from. I feel so sad for all those children who will no longer get the opportunity. Please rethink this decision.

This is vital for our young and their learning. Working in a school I know how much the children love and benefit from their experience here. It develops their confidence and resilience. It is so important to keep this available in our town!

It is a great outdoor centre for the children.

Council tax increase and council cuts a great educational resource. I remember going, my son went last year and loved it. D&G Council are a disgrace.

So many children would miss out on the experiences this centre offers--yet another failure to value education

Shocking decision. This area is turning into the forgotten corner of scotland. No development, no industry, no decent road network, no hope & certainly no clue within the local authoritys. Disgrace.

Let’s hope that we don’t lose this valuable resource in our area.

Its a great source of outdoor learning. Why close? Just because council do such a bad job with their finances dont close as asset like carlingwalk

We need this, with hike in council tax surely we could save carlingwark.

Such a valuable resource centre for the young people of our region with excellent instructors. Our school children love the trips to Carling work.
