It is a breath of fresh air to live down the street from such a lively community-oriented place in a city where community and neighborliness are so hard to find.

Happy times in this place. It is an amazing community jewel run very well as it is. It will be doing the London community a disservice taking it away from the cooperative. Beware if you are thinking to do so for profit reasons, the key to its success is heart and soul and that's a magic combination that cannot be exploited without sinking like a soggy soufflée. We must maintain and encourage more community centred projects, and not decimate those that already exist.

This would be a huge loss to the community. I have used the centre to run grief workshops over the years. Without this centre many people will not be able to continue to run events which mean that they are affordable to cert members of the community.
