I do not live in Vauxhall, but have loved coming to the Bennington for several years. It is a gem in London's increasingly stale corporate landscape, and would be a great loss.

Its a cultural institution. A place i was very fond of when i lived in london. A place whee everyone was welcome. Serving beautiful meals with style and community at heart.

Not only a great cafe and centre, also valuable in helping long term unemployed gain confidence, skills and get back into work.

This is a much-treasured local resource and is part of Vauxhall and London's social history. As an affordable cafe it is a hub for the community in many ways, offering a safe space, a cultural venue, a place of intersection and meeting. Long live the Bonnington Cafe!

To lose this cafe would denude the local area of any sense of community and further cement the loss of culture in an area of London fast being changed beyond all recognition.

This cafe is a huge part of the Bonnington community! People travel from all over London to eat, socialise and have fun here. It's such a unique venue and it would be a huge miss if it were to close down.

Closing would be a tragedy and if done for take over reasons would also be socially criminal. I would not patronise the substitute business.
