Don't Cancel SMRT Bus 700!

Please reconsider other alternatives instead of total removal of this bus service 700/700A. Thanks.

Bus 700 is very important for myself and my family members

I am resident staying along Petir Road. Please do not remove away bus service 700/700A as my 2 boys depend on this bus to go ACS school daily! Removing it means it will cause alot inconvenience to my boys' daily life !

I have took bus 700 to and fro Orchard (work place) and it was always crowded in the morning and evening, even when downtown line has opened for few years. Bus 700 provide good service to areas when other services need multiple changes to different bus/mrt lines. Non-excuse by LTA. Instead of providing hassle free service, advocating for hassle-many service should not be the main objective of an public body. Please continue bus 700.

Public transportation serve for public . Purpose is not for earn money. Please keep bus 700 . And also extend 973 to Bukit Batok to connect East -west line . It is very important to residents in petit road , chestnut Ave and daily farm Residents

Pls do not cancel or cease this bus service, it’s critical for the residents and commuters.

I need 700 to go to work everyday!

In recent weeks, I started using bus 700/700A to travel from Dairy Farm, to Orchard, Bras Basah and Raffles Place after my weekend hikes at Bukit Timah Hill. I am heartbroken to know it will be gone in less than 2 weeks from now..

Convenient to the commuter from BP to CBD

Please don’t cancel the service . It is so convenient for us.

The 700 bus service is essential for our kids at GESS to get to school and especially to get home independently. While school was closed during circuit breaker it was used less, but as of Aug 17th the kids are hopefully back in classes at GESS.

Don't Cancel SMRT Bus 700!

It connects Bukit Panjang to Marina area. Just reduce the already infrequent frequency but Do Not make commuters change mode of transport.

As far as I know, the alternative route to town will take much longer . From a public utilitarian point of view, just not justifiable to remove 700. Please help us residents here understand this move .

We‘re living here in this most convenient place with huge nature around for almost 5 years. It was because of this and the fast connection to the city and other central places that we choose this place. Now with the school (GESS) and all the condominiums, parks and facilities which will be build up around there would be a great loss especially for families with kids to cancel the 700 line. The 966 or 973 (where we fight for too) and MRT at Hillview and Bukit Panjang shouldn't be the „only“ possibilities to reach the destinations we are used to. It would be a huge step-back to cut this most important Busline. Kindly think about and don‘t make the decision in these hard times based probably on the COVID-19 Situation. I‘m sure, there will be a lot of more people who will take this most convenient and fast connection as soon we all will be out of this crises. At least let some time pass, maybe up to middle of next year before you’ll make your final decision. Thanks in the name of all persons concerned.
