Don't Cancel SMRT Bus 700!

LTA commented DTL should serve BP area but not everyone stays near the MRT. It takes a while to get to the MRT, wait for the train, etc. If MRT should serve commuters in all areas, then remove all the buses.

Please don't cancel bus 700/700A. It brings a lot of inconvenience to the Bukit Panjang residents.

One of the only buses that charter me between my home and the mrt, please do not cancel it!

Actually 700 shouldn’t be canceled but if there is a need to there can b a supplement trunk service for 190 like 190M to serve the dairy farm area and alternate trip with 190...

Please do not cancel this. 700 is the best and fastest service for us to go to town n cbd. It is generally packed in the mornings and its only during Covid time that it could be not so packed.

Please also keep the route for 972

It’s very convenient and getting down to wait for another bus . Route is further away to Scott’s road

700 is a convenient and hassle-free way of getting to town. It offers an alternative to taking the Downtown line. If the 700 bus route is cancelled, commuters who used to take 700 will be on 973, and this will definitely cause crowding given 973’s lower frequency. With the Covid-19 situation, this might increase the rate of transmission within the community.

Bus 700 is our link to the city! Please don’t take it away. MRT is always so crowded during non pandemic time.

Please keep the 700 bus route as it is the only efficient way to travel from orchard to causeway point with bus!
