700 is an essential travel route for many residents.

At present there are not much bus servive at petir Road. Also this is the only bus that go down town. Please dont cut us out of society.

Very shocked to find out about this sudden change, especially after GE2020. There was no update or consultation with residents/commuters. 972 is essential for me to get to work and run errands efficiently, and adding more stops to it will really be inconvenient. Moreover, with the new route, there will be more commuters on an already-packed route/buses. This is especially absurd since it will be even harder to maintain some semblance of physical distancing while commuting. Pls refrain from changing the 972 route if possible. Thank you.

Please retain the 972 bus route as we depend on it to get to the town area, rather than downtown line. The 972 buses are already very crowded, and changing the route will include more bus stops and make the buses more crowded. Thanks!

700 is essential to many people that stay along the bus service, please reconsider the decision to cease 700 and 700A operation.

Svc 700 and 700A were very useful n convenient to get to Newton, Orchard Rd, Suntec, Collyer Quay n Shentonway too. It was fast and seamless to these venues which for the elderly n young it was much easier to use a single svc without having to commute to the DTL. So please do not cancel this excellent svc that helps go green n leave our cars at home or not have them at all which is highly desirable as a eco conscious society.

Please keep 700 running as always. This line is too useful for the residents on petit Road. Please!
