As a rooster owner, please do not deny the experience of keeping a rooster to responsible chicken owners in the City of Mobile. While not everyone will choose to have a rooster in their flock the option needs to be left open.

All roosters do not crow loudly. I have several you can barely hear. They should absolutely be delt with on a one on one basis and not banned as a whole.

This is just another case of a very few cranky people spoiling it for a group of animal lovers that are doing absolutely no harm to anyone. I feel sorry for all of the ones who are so miserable that they try to make everyone else the same way. Please pray that their dogs don't bark or their cats don't scream out because they might find out how it feels to have their pet taken away. Grrrrrrrrrr.
