Public transport should be encouraged and infrastructure needs investment not degradation. Think green

It is absolutely ludicrous and unforgivable that the train is not synchronised with the boat.

This country has sick a lack of infrastructure. Don't make it worse. The region needs this train but more of it and at affordable prices.

Its disgraceful the line needs investment not closure its a vital public service. Another travesty is the Rosslare to Waterford line what a waste of a line it needs to be upgraded and opened up, if run correctly it could be a good profitable line and would provide a great boost to towns along the way as well as helping Co Wexford. Keep the line open.

Axing the Gorey to Rosslare route will be just the tip of the iceberg. It Won't Stop There.

It is very short sighted to end the rail service to Rosslare Harbour

It would be a shame to lose this train line. My family and I use this service to get from Dublin to wexford through our holidays (bus from Dublin airport to Connelly) The public transport in Ireland (outside Dub) is disgraceful and an embarrassment to any ex-pat visiting our home. In Ireland if you've no car you ain't going anywhere. Wexford has some of the prettiest beaches and Tourism Ireland such be backing the use of this train line and pushing to expand the service, not axing it.

Keep the station and train through the town of Wexford. Otherwise, it will just be like any other town in Ireland. You do not know what you have till it has gone! Wexford stands out from all the rest with its quaint ittle train going along the quay. Why? Oh why? would you change this. The town planners have got it all wrong keep Wexford to Rosslare and Dublin train running, do not ruin our Wexford town. Old and quaint is better than new and boring the same as everywhere else. KEEP WEXFORD STATION AND TRAINS!!!
