Don't axe the Wexford (Gorey-Rosslare) train- save and improve it instead!

Keep the station and train through the town of Wexford. Otherwise, it will just be like any other town in Ireland. You do not know what you have till it has gone! Wexford stands out from all the rest with its quaint ittle train going along the quay. Why? Oh why? would you change this. The town planners have got it all wrong keep Wexford to Rosslare and Dublin train running, do not ruin our Wexford town. Old and quaint is better than new and boring the same as everywhere else. KEEP WEXFORD STATION AND TRAINS!!!

Please share and sign. this proposed closure cannot be allowed to happen. petition the hotels in Wexford who will also lose business if the train only travels as far as Gorey, when did Gorey become the main town in Co Wexford? why are they building a motorway from Belfast to Moscow and then close the connection to the Europort by train( Bus Eireann already axed, only 3 or 4 buses a day to Rosslare Hbr.)

A lot of people rely on public transport....it's a community service not necessarily run for profit. Please keep this vital train service running for the people who need it.

If the timetables were changed to meet the ferry timetables this would be a well patronised service. It must be rethought AND kept.

The Rosslare to Waterford line has already been closed.. if Rosslare to Gorey is closed it will isolate the people of Wexford even further!
