Don't axe the Wexford (Gorey-Rosslare) train- save and improve it instead!

I have recently moved to Wexford from Dublin, and would like to have the option of taking the train. I recommend that the government fund development of a second track to Rosslare, allowing for high-speed rail links.

This is such an important service, maybe you should look at reworking the train times to suit commuters/boat timetables rather than getting rid of it! We have so little transport as it is, don't take this away too

It is not good business to have a train service not in sync with ferry times

The Wexford bus service is overcrowded on weekdays and the train goes only 4 times a day?
The frequency has to be at least doubled for a start and a comfortable connection to the airport from Connolly has to be established!

This is a great service to older people travelling to Dublin as well as students and workers in Dublin City.

It connects the seaport at Rosslare to Dublin. Unfortunately the train times don't meet every boat.

This line is essential to the people of co Wexford and also for people travelling to the Boat at Rosslare Harbour and for connections to other parts of Ireland DO NOT CLOSE THIS LINE THINK OF THE PEOPLE FOR ONCE

Please keep this service, change to more appropriate times and market it as a tourist attraction. It's the prettiest train route in Ireland

It is farcical that public transport outside Dublin is facing massive cuts when the state is actively seeking increased taxes and restrictions on motorists for "environmental purposes".
CIE is not fit for purpose.
