Ms. Paris Hilton was charged in a Los Angeles court with DUI and sentenced to 45 days in Century Regional Detention Facility in California beginning on or before June 5, 2007. There has been a petition started asking for a pardon from Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. I do not think that because she is rich and famous she should get a pardon.
