To: San Joaquin Regional Transit District Board of Directors

We the undersigned "tax paying" people are requesting that Donna DeMartino be terminated from her position as the General Manager of San Joaquin Regional Transit District immediately.

There are many reasons why Ms. Donna DeMartino should be terminated; in fact it is too many to list. But, first and foremost, we the people are sick and tired of Ms. DeMartino wasting tax payer money. She continually abuses her position of the General Manager. She has cut our service and raised our fares to pay the attorney fees and court costs associated with her retaliation. We the public have suffered from her illegal activities and we demand immediate action.

It has now been proven by the courts that Ms. DeMartino retaliated against employees for their testimony before the San Joaquin County Grand Jury. It is time that her actions have consequences.

Her retaliation has costs taxpayers millions of dollars in attorney’s fees, back wages, and court costs.

How can she still have a position at the San Joaquin Regional Transit District, but yet the employees she terminated for retaliation do NOT. Does that make any sense?
