Used to be all off-leash parks, should have at least a few with water and field. We have so many more parks than we did 20 years ago!

We need a more relaxed law for well behaved dog. Possibly a time at the Grand Forest or Battie Pt Park where you can run your pet. Post the hour on a sign, I'll even pay for the signs stating you may encounter dogs off leash between 11-1 or 3-5, so to put the public on notice.

I am confident all can enjoy Pritchard Park with happy dogs on the run at play. Dog owners should be allowed, and are capable of, using their prudent judgement regarding when and when not to have their furry friends on and off leash based on the situation and their knowledge of their dog. Of course they should also take responsibility should there be any mishaps.

Dogs deserve to swim at Pritchard Park and have been doing so for years! Let's preserve reasonable dog freedom on Bainbridge Island.

I recognize that good dog relationships are fostered by good humans who teach their dogs to be good citizens...it is said a good dog is a tired dog. A tired dog is one who has had some freedom to romp like the animals that they are! Thank you!

Yes! But before someone arbitrarily sets hours or days, do some research. Camera traps will tell you who is currently using the beach and when and we won't have to rely on anecdotal information. Dogs and their owners deserve some respect and can handle the responsibility that goes with that.
