Animal cruelty needs to stop and those offenders need to be punished!!! This needs to includes neglect such as keeping dogs on chains in the cold Idaho winters.

Change the law..Make it illegal with jail time required for abusing dogs & cats that are often shot & killed when they are just outside!These animals are often beloved pets & an important part of families giving love & comfort to their.owners
