This is ridiculous. Stop punishing honest dog owners for other peoples bad behavior.
Total madness. They need to focus on free neutering programs instead of hiking up costs for the rest of us!
50 quid is a joke. how are people on low incomes supposed to afford that? it will just lead to more dogs being dumped.
1000% increase is insane. greedy.
absolute robbery. the council just wants more money from people who already look after their pets properly.

my dog is my family but i can barely pay the bills as it is. leave the fees alone.
