This dude would travel to the pits of hell for anyone that needed him too. Mistakes were made...he has to live with that weight henceforth, prison will do no good, especially when you got guys out here doing way worse, serving little to no time.

Roger is good man and it doesn't benefit anyone to put him in jail for a one and only offense.

Everyone makes mistakes. I feel like this man needs a second chance. He is not a hardened criminal who deserves prison. He has already been punished enough.

Roger had made a mistake I'm sure he regrets... He himself knows that better then we do... I have know Roger since he was just a young boy... He was faithful with his church and never got into any type of trouble... He is a hard working man that will give and do all he can to help others... I ask if you may find pardon with your verdict and give him a second chance...
First of fence needs probation
I got it, love you guys!

Not a fair charge for first time offence!
This family needs to stay together.theyre the rock in our community
this is to long for the first time you get less time for killing someone ( we are praying for you and the judge
A no violent first time offense should not have such an intense sentence.
