My 2 year old has been turned away then ended up in a n e etc and i have travelled 45 miles away to stay with my mum in order to get my son seen at a walk in centre for problems

It needs to change !.it's like you have to plan to be ill ! I have a life long problem which I can't see a doctor for ever ! And a six month old son who if he was ill I'd want him seen asap not in ten days time!

it is getting annoying trying to get an appt. Having to ring up on a mon morn to get an apt the following mon.

Haverhills infrastructure including Gp apps cannot support the current population. God knows what happens when the 4500 house expansion happens. Action is neede now. The walk in centre should be reinstated and should never have been withdrawn

Crazy appointment system at moment elderly people standing in confusion at the desk go here go there call back after this time etc etc so wrong sort it out
