Not only is there and issue of getting an appoint,net there is also the issue of not enough staff to answer the phones, sometimes hanging on 45 minutes to answer.

We have to go in person to book an appointment because nobody answers the phone. We previously liked Stourview Medical Centre but since the merge, the service has gone downhill and looking for a new doctor.

This needs to change! We cannot continue to struggle to get to see a doctor, someone is going get seriously ill or worse waiting to get to see a doctor!

This service was once so good , sadly now it's a victim of its own success. Some clear thinking will need to applied if it's ever to great again.

It took me 97 tries the other day to call for an appointment in Haverhill Family Practice clinic to get an appointment, and the worst this they said "We have no available appointments, try an call us tomorrow morning.". WORST CLINIC EVER WITH NO HELP AT ALL. GP's are low educated as well.

bring back the walk in centre that was the best thing for this town and is defiantly needed again

disappointed by the current level of service, seems to me healthcare is no longer the priority for a doctor, its about blaming others for their failings

Total impossibility to get an appointment in Haverhill, really frustrating. (real shame they closed the walk in clinic because that was fab)

I am concerned about the elderly and vulnerable who often srruggle to get to the surgery only turned away without getting an appointment as all had gone.

Absolutely ridiculous to wait 3 weeks for an appointment,could be dead AND buried by then !!!
