Really glad someone is doing this. It's an absolute nightmare to get an appointment, I phoned for an appointment for my daughter & there's nothing for the next 4 weeks ! BRING BACK THE WALK-IN CENTRE

It's about time it got sorted now. It seems the only way to get to see someone is to do sit and wait which isn't always an option when you work and have young children!

Sometime definitely needs to be done about this extremely poor service, especially as housing is set to increase significantly in Haverhill.

Its awful. 4 weeks for an aopointment. Emergency appointments... No point phoning because when you finally get through all appointments have gone. Now i actually have to go down there at 8am to queue even if I am really ill just to see a doctor r.

I work 40 hours a week as a staff nurse for the NHS and think it's a joke that I can't see my own GP when needed.

absolute joke trying to get an appointment to see a g.p in haverhill, reguardless of age, or ailment, and the ring for an appointment at 8 or 1 is a complete and utter waste of time!

I had letter from Dr to tell me they wanted to see me to 2 weeks to get an appointment .after I had been seen was told to make appointment for 4 weeks time but no appointments avalable total joke .
We your told to phone at yam or wpm when appointment relices you might be lucky to get on ...

a service that is supposed to be readily available to everyone but is causing a lot of people like myself to not even bother going to doctors about problems that could turn out to be serious. Sit and waits don't work when your telling EVERYBODY that's there only option.

I tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment then I gave up, if the government would stop letting everyone into the country we would be able to get an appointment like we used to here, it's a good service gone sour

I have struggled to get many appointments & have had to wait for to be seen by the 111 service. This isn't good because I have complex medical issues.

I was told that I would have to wait 2 months to get an appointment. Interestingly, the Practice Manager wasn't there to speak to when I asked to have it in writing and when I requested their complaints procedure.

I think you need to sort yourself s out my brother had to go to hospital because he couldn't get an appointment I think its disgusting

I have experienced great difficulty in recent times trying to make and get an appointment at the local surgery. Have had to wait at least 3 weeks for one and was told that's the earliest available. Yet when I did eventually get to see a doctor I discussed this point with her and she told me that there were still several appointments left on her system for that day and for the following few days. It has put me off even trying to get there again even though I have ongoing ailments that need checking and treating. The town should not be allowed to grow in number without sufficient facilities being put in place first. They go hand in hand. The closure of the walk in centre was a big mistake. It was working so well and took pressure of the already overstretched practices - time to rethink ......

have tried for over to call as little boy is ill at half nine finally got throughto be told none available call back at half one. ,.the same thing happened over an hour get through to be told the same .very frustrating .a.d still no appointments try again in morning ,exactly same happened

You can't have a sit and wait service, we average a 3 hour wait with our daughters who are 15 months and 2.5 years when we need to go. I saw the doctor who wanted me to return to see him, I couldn't book an appointment I had to sit and wait but I couldn't find out when that doctor was on for me to sit and wait!

I wish to sign the petition in order to improve the system in which to obtain an appointment to see a doctor in Haverhill, the existing one which is on place is totally ludicrous
