Something needs to be sorted. Registered for the on line service - no appointments available. Tried telephone booking - no appointments available. No wonder A&E Addenbrookes is so very busy and stretched.

I too have suffered the difficulties in getting an appointment on multiple occasions. I've register with a few surgeries in my time and have only had this problem in Haverhill

All the staff at both surgeries are always very helpful, there just aren't enough appointments to satisfy demand anymore. More money from government is needed.

The walk in centre which was closed recently was a good way to get seen when urgent none of this que at 8am in the morning rubish

It's a bonkers system. No other so called 'service' is as bad. I waited for 3 hours, only to be told I had a viral infection and nothing could be done.

ridiculous town....trying to get an appointment here is like winning the lottery. 1 in 14 million chance !

It's a totally shambolic system. The practice manager who set up such a stupid system should be sacked. As well as this petition, there should be a date set where people pledge to turn up demanding an urgent appointment. Let's see how they cope then.

It pointless being signed up to the gp in Haverhill because you can't even get a routine appointment. Let alone an emergency one!

I have sent two letters to the practice Manager but no sign of any improvement. Yes since the Walk In Centre closed it has got absolutely diabolical at getting an appointment let alone one with your own Doctor you are registered with. As well as other people coming onto the town from other countries to live here which again puts more pressure on our NHS.

Not only do we need appointments we need doctors that will listen and actually refer on if needed. At the moment if you actually get an appointment you feel fobbed off and sent away without answers

Sat at the sit and wait for 3.5 hours with my daughters, 3&6. Sitting there all that time was the only option and it was horrific.

We have 2 younf children and looked after children and find it next to impossible to get appointments. Something needs doing
