Something has to be done, but I feel genuinely sorry for the reception staff who must be getting it from every direction.

The last time I tried to book and appointment I was on hold for 1.5 hours before I gave up. I never did get an appointment

A ridiculous system where we have to phone at a certain time, by the time we get through, all the appointments are gone.

I agree. Its impossible to get an appointment. Even to get a doctor to phone me I had to wait 3 weeks. Totally unexceptable.

Releasing appointments just doesn't work. You have to keep phoning or going to the surgery for several days before you get one! It's a joke.

it is tragic that the previous named sour view pactice premise are not used to their full extent the surgery closing to patients part of the week.

Absolutely shocking at the way the service has gone downhill. This is a urgent problem that needs to be sorted for both the patients and the staff.

we were told the surgeries merging would help patients this seems not to be the case as we have to wait weeks to see a gp

We need to reopen the drop in centre that was shut. This will help Addenbrookes and West Suffolk hospt reduce the number patients they have to deal with in A&E.
