It's got to the stage where people close to me have given up trying to get an appointment and have recently been diagnosed with life changing illnesses when they gave up trying to get an appointment and went to A&E
I'm pretty sure this is not an isolated case.

Not enough appointments, not enough doctors . Why was the walk in centre taken away when it was clearly needed.

It's difficult as it is to get a appointment. phoning repeatedly at 8am for a appointment to be put into a queueing system & then get told they have all gone. It's made even more difficult when your trying to getting ready for the school/work run.

I hardly ever go to the gp's but when I do need to go I expect to be seen, as I work out of town and work shifts it makes it near impossible to see a gp, it's an absolute joke that you have to wait weeks or to be told to go to Bury.
This town needs to sort out its priorities !!

I think it should go back to how it was before Haverhill family practice and all doctor surgery become one. 4 weeks waiting time for an appointment is crazy

I find it very hard to get a doctors appointment , my baby girl hasn't been well and when I have tried to make an appointment they there isn't any or that I have to wait 3 week. I thought babies and old people came first. Very disappointed.

Current system is useless. Having to call between 8-9am to book an appointment whilst I'm travelling to London or on the school run is impractical. Poor and inadequate is being polite considering I find the system a disgusting way to treat your customers and yes we do pay for this service and Dr's receive excellent pay and conditions compared to many. Give us the service we deserve rather than treating us like we're the problem for having a medical issue.

It's absolutely rediculouse trying to get a appointment! I have given up as always get told they have no appointments so come and do the sit and wait and you might be seen. I work so I can't do that. I now go to A&E if I am ill as you can't get to see a Dr!

When it's taking 1 month to get a routine appointment it's getting a joke. May is the next one and it's the 5th of April. Bring back the crown walk in.
