Luckily it's not very often I need to go to the Drs but when I do it's a nightmare to get an appointment & then when you do they run an hour late!

I have seriously considered booking an appointment for 3 weeks time on the off chance i may be sick! I have twice taken my child through to A& E as I can't get an appointment. I feel sorry for the poor receptionist who have to deal with the bad tempered patients. This situation is only getting worse

It's not fair that we have to ring at 1 pm to get an appointment just to be told they are all full. We can't book appointments in advance and some of us need regular appointments with the same doctor....it's getting harder to see a doctor and it's not fair on the patients who need medical help!!!!

Tried to make an apt today, non emergency. Was told to call back tomorrow when the apt for the next 4 weeks come down

I seriously need an appointment to deal with my current condition and some new ones but the thought of trying to get an appointment is so discouraging I darent bother. Im currently suffering in silence.

I have anxiety problems and need to be able to speak to my family GP as it's hard for me to talk to anyone else, then to be told I have not got a Pacific Dr anymore and wasn't informed about this.
I'm disgusted !!

The system is at fault. Distress is being caused to elderly and vulnerable. No compasion or consideration from people who should care for others.

I have had problems getting appointment for myself. Also as a support worker I work with a lady with confusion and mental health issues and I can only make appointments when I'm with her which is only 2 hours a week. The times I see her is not the times you have been told to call .

The doctors should stop taking on patients there's to many patients the surgery can't cope with the demand of them for us to get appointments it's got to stop visIted 4 weeks for an appointment x

This new system is not working & needs to be changed, it worked well for many years so why is it so hard to see a GP now. I feel sorry for the staff it must be so hard for them because they are the ones that have to try & explain to patients & its not their fault.

I was told to go back to a specific doctor following tests, also had a letter telling me that the doctor wanted to speak to me, but I can't get an appointment to see the doctor I originally saw and told me to go to her.

It's just getting worse, now we r being told that we can have appointments in bury st Edmunds, how is that gonna work,???
