Even a Doctor ringing you did not work I was told Doctor would ring me in the morning at work, but they rang me after 1pm and I had given up and gone to lunch.

40 mile round trip to Bury St Edmunds is not acceptable and costly. Might as well go to
Addenbrookes Hospital !!!! What if you don't have transport or cannot drive either with or without your ailment. No wonder the hospitals are being over run.

On Monday I told them I had breathing difficulties and needed to see a doctor. They offered me an appointment for a weeks time, Rediculous !! Or to sit and wait. I waited 2hours and 10 minutes to see one

Many people have told me they have difficulty getting appointments to see a GP in Haverhill. The Crown Walk in centre was some where people could go to but that is long gone. Something definitely needs to happen to enable Haverhill people to get to consult a Doctor.....If this doesn't happen now what provision wilt here NOT BE when all the proposed building 2,500 homes at least on the East side of Haverhil/Kedington is inhabited?????

Things have got worse since they changed to this 8am / 1pm appointment system. Go back to old system it works for other surgeries.

Awful service.....a month if your lucky. Standard answer, try at 8.30...then 1.30 & keep going until you give up all hope.

If you arrive at 8am doesnt mean you are seen as you arrive
Whilst one understands if an emergency comes in they have to be seen first BUT when you have others come in (Continential) who know if you got a pain !!! you skip the que !!!!

The situation is crazy, 4 weeks for an appointment to be told a blood test was required, 3 weeks later test done, one week late back for results to be told you need to see the doctor, app made 5 weeks time. 12 weeks to see a doctor about an issue. Crazy !!!!!!!!!!
what will be the situation when another 2500 homes are built and another 8000 people.
