The case should be re-examined. It seems clear some things happened here that were not fair, and as a matter of maintaining wholesome precedents in the United States Judicial branch of government, it should be examined closely. What happened to him could happen to any American. Breaches of justice regarding this are widely known. Covering up does not help. When there is a specific concern for national security for some affair to be covered up that has to be clear - that has to be legitimate, and it has to be made clear to the American people and friendly non-Americans that it's a matter of necessary confidentiality. This does not appear to be such an instance.

The American Justice System is blind, they refuse open a new trial to find the truth., They put inocent people behind bars, every day, Due to false testimony, prosecutiorial / police misconduct, faulty eye witness identification and bad forensic science.
