What a great idea! What a shame for the town if red tape wielding councillers don't allow this.

I am in favour of any free thinking businesses that make sense. This does so why not re-write the rules and let Ian do something cute and unique. I say yes!!!

All in favor. Have seen these used for self-drive hire in the Netherlands on the isle of Texel. Have details and Photo.

I see this as a valuable resource for our prospering, vibrant and thriving Waterfront Community. It is entrepreneurial spirit like this that has helped to create the exciting atmosphere and bustle that surrounds East Anglia's premier Waterfront town.

If this is free it will be more appealing to tourists and townsfolk alike. Also it is a bit quirky,it will be fun. I think it should be allowed

These things create a 'buzz' both audibly and socially. I think they would be an interesting addition to the waterfront area and benefit the businesses who trade there.

Why not? Too much blinking red tape stifling good business. One would have thought the council would be keen to do anything to improve the quality of the rather run down docks area.

This is exactly what this town needs. It will keep people dry when it raining and the wind blowing the way it does on the waterfront in the autumn & winter.

this is an amazing idea, just what we need to bring the waterfront and town centre together!
