These lands are not "Public Lands" in 1842, U.S. Pres. John Tyler applied the Monroe Doctrine to Hawaii warning Great Britain not to interfere with the Hawaiian Nation. History proves the process of gaining territory to organize their American States. The problem being, Hawaii was a Nation State recognize Internationally by other Nation States thru Treaties of friendship, peace, neutrality and commerce. The pretend Provisional Government, to the self proclaimed Republic of Hawaii, that ceded territory of Whatsoeverkind to the United States, Territory of Hawaii, continued to enforce their pretend laws and you state of Hawaii, are perpetuating the Fraud on these Private Crown & Hawaiian Kingdom which are for we the beneficiaries and not citizens of the united states or all native hawaiians as defined in the pretend Republic of Hawaii self proclaimed Annexation, the rehabilitation Act of 1920 and the Native Healthcare Act - anyone born under the Hawaiian Sun, American Citizen. The Trust was not for American Citizens. Continuing to create statute laws, administrative rules, without the consent, authority, or jurisdiction to do so is clearly a Breach of Trust duties and the Law of the Land. There is No Public Lands, Was never defined in the Admissions Act. These are PRIVATE LANDS-HAWAIIAN CROWN &GOVERNMENT LANDS which are in Trust for the Inhabitants prior to 1778, the beneficiaries. TRUST LAW- An arrangement whereby trustee holds property for the good of the beneficiaries for safe keeping, protection, custody. As a TRustee, The state of Hawaii government is not the OWNER of these Private Crown Lands and Hawaiian Kingdom Lands. From 1893 to today, United States Municipal Laws does not apply to Hawaii it was not enacted before the overthrow, without a Treaty of Cession, The Hawaiian Islands remain outside of the United States Territory crusade and therefore beyond the reach of United States MUNICIPAL LAWS of which the state is. A court with competent jurisdi

As a frequent overseas visitor since the 70's one wonder's who works for who. Incompetent management leads to the juncture the state is now in. Corporate greed beckon's. Honolulu residents need to take a stand. i certainly won't entertain visiting in a hurry should the state get traction here. This is an abomination of the first order. It will ruin this area and an area of honolulu that has traditionally been for the locals.
Do not take our sustenance
