I oppose all harbor bills as written. I do agree with responsible raises and uses as appropriate but hese bills should be returned and audits performed. Someone other than current DOBOR officials should take a turn at keeping our navigable waters and fast lands enjoyabe and in public hands. There are other routes of revenue generation that align with public domain sharing much more appropriately than taxing one segment of stakeholders. Mahalo!
