Veto this bill. Do not privatize Manele Small Boat Harbor for the rich only. This does not benefit the island's residents& fisherfolks.

Everyone who has a boat is not rich. I have a 20 ft boat. Why should I have to pay 3 times what I'm paying now. It's ridiculous and not fair to those of us who use their boats frequently!

This back door crap has got to stop. No public input, corruption and deceit. Get rid of all current harbors admin including Ed Underwood and all district managers. The good old boy club needs to change, they created the mess our harbors are in. Alan Pedersen slip 17 Manele

Keep our public lands for the people. There is enough development in this state for the rich. Let the small guy have something in the middle of high priced Waikiki, Kakaako.

I oppose this bill and believe it should be withdrawn or defeated. Hawaii's public lands are just that - public - and should not be leased or sold to any private entity for private profit at the expense of the public.

Must we always take away beaches from the many to give to the few!!! Is that what it is all about? I lived in Hawaii for 18 years back in the 80's and 90's, access to the beach was awesome for surfing, diving and get togethers. Florida where I am now had this once, now you drive along the ocean and see nothing!! It is not right to take a beach that many share and give it to one person!!!!

This is NOT the direction that we should go!!! Our island cannot withstand that type of development! With that comes more people, more traffic, more crime. We are not prepared to spend the money to build the INFRASTRUCTURE to support this type of growth!
