Anyone who treats animals as cruel as this woman has, should be incarcerated. I understand she has threatened to open another puppy mill in Idaho when released. Stop this abuse to innocent animals.

if you have one count of abuse to an animal there should be some sort of stipulation that you may not have ANY animals in the future!!!! this whole thing is just stupid if they even consider it
