It is beyond ludicrous for this animal abuser to pursue any of these dogs being returned to her. Please make the humane decision and not return any of these dogs to her.

The message here is that Libby, ket alone Lincoln County, will not be a safe zone for puppy mill operators who endanger the lives of helpless animals. The message is clear. Not here, not now. NOT IN LIBBY!

Please do not let these animals suffer more than they already have at the hands of this awful person! Let them move on with their lives and find new loving homes and families. This is no different than a child abuse case and we would not dare let children go back into the hands of an abuser, so please don't let these innocent dogs back into the hands of their abuser either.

I personally saw some of the un-socialized dogs from this case. Many people have worked hard to overcome their mistreatment, they should not have to go back.

Having seen these dogs myself I can definitely say that Cathie did NOT care for these dogs at all! As a professuonal in the grooming industry, I have NEVER seen a dog in as horrendous condition as these dogs were. The smell was overwhelming, the fear was palatable, and the hair was completely pelted. These dogs had never known love or kindness before they were rescued. What's worse is that Cathie knew what a properly groomed dog looked like, based on the ones she kept in good grooming condition to show potential buyers, and she just didn't care that the vast majority of her dogs were in miserable shape. Returning these dogs to Cathie would be a great travesty! They deserve better!
