She lost her right to ownership the minute she began treating them as a simple means to make money. She should not regain ownership of these dogs. AND should not be allowed to own pets or livestock in the future.

It's been a very long year, to say the least. I have no idea how this woman can continue to lie and convince others to speak on her behalf. The difference is now all of the evidence is a matter of public record and we can finally let the pups tell their side of the story.
Thanks to all who have shared their support! From the folks offering prayers and words of encouragement to the kind people who stepped in to foster these little dogs, every bit of support helped us to stay in the fight and not get overwhelmed! Thanks to the Sherriff's office and the County Prosecutor, and to the veterinarians and their assistants for their testimony and getting the pups back to being healthy. Lastly, so many thanks to the Health Department for stepping up and helping to feed and care for the animals, especially those who spent hundreds of hours of their time performing the unpleasant task of cleaning up after so many dogs!

I saw the dogs in the shelter that were taken from her - f**k her and thinking she has a "right" to have ANY of those animals back. Let her rot.

I understand the underlying mental health issues with this case. Please consider allowing her to maintain one animal, and ONE only. Do not open the door at all for her to fall into the same situation she found herself in.

Absolutely do not return any animal to this woman. What part of this sentence leaves a door open for success? none! " 8 felony animal abuse charges (3 of them aggravated felony animal abuse) and 1 misdemeanor animal abuse. "

An animal abuse conviction should remove the privilege of ever again having animals. Do not let those dogs be returned to her.
