The momentum we have built proves that the school board cannot just ignore us while they try to strip away protection from our kids. This board is showing its true colors by targeting vulnerable students and we are not going to let them get away with it.

Being different does not mean being less than. This policy is protecting children and ensuring that they are getting at least some of the support that they need in the most important time of growth in their lives.
Rather than repealing protections from children may be lets discuss how to support them better and improve communication between parents and kids
This is a grave infringement on the rights of the some of the most vulnerable individuals in the student body and cannot be tolerated in a free, democratic country.
Repealing this law will lead to more depression and possible suicide. Let students have privacy about their gender identity.
The parents who are involved and are the safe space for their offspring already know about their offsprings Identity. Keep the school a safe place for children who's homes are not safe spaces
LGBTQ+ children endure enough bullying across this country from the MAGA cult. The last thing the school board of our progressive community should do is help them do their dirty work. Fort Lee is not MAGA and never will be and the few loud voice who oppose are the fringe minority. Do your job and protect our kids from right wing extremist bullies.

If LGBTQ youth only feel comfortable sharing this part of their identity with their school counselors and peers, that shows more flaws of the parents’ style of parenting than the school system. Do not out kids against their will, this will severely damage their mental health.
