i do not think that the bridge should be named JFK.. JP has done so much for Limerick City it is now while the man is on this right side of the soil that all he has done should be acknowledged.

I have previously written to Limerick City Council expressing my opposition to this proposal. We already have a school and a housing estate named after JFK. I am totally opposed to renaming the bridge.
