Reverse the decision to close the Anaconda Job Corps Center

Save our Job Corps

The support the Job Corp provides to the community is invaluable and the good that comes out of the educational aspect of the students is not something that comes from traditional schools.

This has been an exceptional program. Montana needs this program to train skilled laborers for our workforce.

I graduated in 1993. Anaconda job corps turned me from being a juvenile delinquent into a productive member of society. I now pay thousands in state and federal taxes every year. If it wasn't for that JC center I don't know were I would be today. I don't support many social programs but I'm here to tell you this one works. Great things happen when young people are shown they have value and Anaconda job corps is one of the best. Please reconsider the closing. I find it hard to believe the increase in tax base from the higher income graduates make over a lifetime due to their training doesn't compensate the money spent in training them.

We must give these young people our support

Closing this facility not only effects the employees and students but the whole communities surrounding.

Please DO NOT take this program away from the kids! Many of these kids this is their only chance to learn a trade without the overwhelming cost of a College. Our community benefits from these young adults as well! Please, Please DO NOT shut it down!

I work for the Anaconda Schools. We need this option for our children. Please do not close this Center.

This would be a grave mistake. Some youth cannot afford this kind of Training have a chance to do great things. Including building and adding to our great state. I have also done this program as a Heavy Equipment Operator many projects completed in the time I was there Gun range for MSP. Settling ponds for Anaconda and Warm Springs. Leveling the grounds for Ranches and Cattle to be placed. Many tasks completed while learning trade and it was very exciting and gratifying time I will always remember.

The job corps has benn very successful and a blessing to so many youth who have no other direction Keep it open please.

Keep the Anaconda Job Corps open as it does the community alot of good, but mostly is a way for many young people yo.get a second chance at education and job training. My sister and brother both attended Job Corps and did them alot of good.

This program is essential to our community. Please reconsider.

Do not shut down this awesome program. It has helped a lot of kids and it's surrounding communities over the years.

Anaconda job Corp has helped so many young adults in starting their life and having a trade that they love! It deserves to stay open solely for the kids who attend, and how much it helps them in life!

I was class of 98. Loved the place it would be a shame to see it gone.
