No change! Eastern was an amazing school, I got hired as management straight out of the business management magnet program because of the merrit in the program!

Though i never personally went to Eastern Tech I am hlad that the county has an all magnet high school. It shows that the kids who go there reallu care about their futures and would like to be prepared. Don't ruin an amazing school so that others are allowed to attend. Let Eastern Tech stay the way it is.

please dont take away the programs! its what makes our school unique, and i learned more in my magnet (automotive) program than i did in any other class, and made life long friends from being with them for two hours a day. i think the magnet programs should stay. it helps make the school diverse and so much better!!

Without ET's magnet program, I don't know where I would be. The experiences I gained through Multimedia Production helped me become a thriving, successful journalism major at the University of Maryland. It would be a shame if you took away programs that have helped make a difference in the lives of hundreds of students.

Keep Eastern the way it is. it is a great opportunity to better the lives of our future. I wouldn't be who I am today without the skills I've developed from Eastern.

If it wasn't for Eastern Tech' s Teaching Academy, I would not be a certified BCPS substitute at only 18 years old and fresh out of high school. I cannot even put in words how many job opportunities I have had offered to me just because I come attached with the name "Eastern Tech".

Please do not change Eastern Tech. It prepared me very well for college and I've done very well compared to other students. Keep the school as it is. The statistics speak for itself.

These tech programs along with the academics and sports makes for well rounded students and gives them an insight of the real world. Keep the tech programs in all magnet schools.
