Eastern Tech is a jewel in Baltimore County's crown. Maybe the powers that be ought to try to replicate it rather than dismantle it.

Eastern magnet has done many great things for my future career. The teaching program was wonderful. It would be a shame to take that away from future students.

If you want to turn a Nationally Ranked School into another bottom of the barrel public school then go ahead and change it. But know that you chose wrong.

Both my children went to Eastern Tech High School. We were very happy with the school and would not like to see any changes made to the school.

The Teacher Academy at Eastern truly prepared me. I graduated high school passing my Praxis 1 and Para Pro. I am now a sophomore at Stevenson and mentor at a local elementary school in a paid position, work at an aftercare, and work at the YMCA primarily during the summer as a summer camp counselor. None of this would have been possible at 19 years of age without my experience from the magnet program at Eastern and it's great teachers. Please don't take away ET's magnets!

I went to parkville middle (magnet school) for graphic design, I went to eastern tech for graphic design, I went to villa Julie college for graphic design, and guess what I do for a living... im a senior graphic designer for johns hopkins university. i started as a summer intern at hopkins while a junior and have been working there ever since. Dont get rid of graphic design, if that was on the table. marc m esaros is one of the best teachers in the school, let alone best in that magnet.

I am opposed to closing a school that is a nationally ranked school. Please keep me informed regarding this issue.

This school gives students an option to figure out a major before college. Don't limit their options.

I have benefitted EXTREMELY from the business program at Eastern Tech. I have been given college credits from my business and accounting classes. The majors do not only help student decide if they want to take that specific career path or not, but they also highly educate and prepare them for what's to come in college and life in general. It would be STUPID to change what Eastern Tech is known for.
