Do not ban this flag. We as a country are heading into dark, tyranical times, and the banning of this flag symbolizes the hands of our tyrants tightening their hold on our throats. Stop it now!
This is disgraceful, after banning part of history (The confederate flag) and now the tea party flag? This doesn't offend anyone! it's simply a snake with a slogan "Don't Tread on me"...
The first amendment gurantees the freedom of expression. We have the right to express this flag or the rebel flag as much as anyone else has the right to express the rainbow flag

This is not the Tea Party flag! This is the Gadsen. A confederate Battle Flag is one thing, turn the rabble on over the GADSDEN is something else. Maybe it's time to remind the hang of 550 in DC what the Gadsden represented in our Nations Birth.
