It seems that everytime some finishes building their "dream home" they do not want any more development. I am not against thoughtful development. However when there is little regard to the uniqueness of St John and the special environment that it offers I do question further development. Long before any approvals for this project the people of St John deserve to know exactly what is being proposed and how it will be supported. Also, St John has had a long history of projects like this going bankrupt. Building on East End St John is the most expensive place to build and maintain those buildings in all the Virgin Islands. I know I live here. Please look before you leap.

Pleas vote NO to this uneeded development proposal. Please show that you value your home island as we, the dedicated vacationers who come to St. John year after year.....Thank You.

The island of St. John remains one of the most pristine and untouched beautiful places left. 2/3 of this island is US National Park land. There are plenty of villas, condos, homes, etc. that all ready exist there. We do not need any more spoilage to the natural beauty of this island. It needs to be protected for the future of our children and grandchildren.

There is only one island that has maintained some true "virgin" undeveloped, island land. Once it is gone, it is gone forever. Let's leave St John as an ode to what the islands once were. Developments like this one ruin it for those of us who travel to St John to get away from overdeveloped, resort style islands. I realize that his is just one more development, but every one steal a piece of what we love about St John.

no special "sign offs" should be allowed! This happens all to often, you may see dollar signs but your gonna ruin paradise!!!

No More Development, Realtors can not sell properties that are on the market now. NO CHANGES TO CURRENT ZONING LAWS!! Look at what the changes have done to Cruz Bay and Pond Bay! If they are determined to build 16 units is enough. The East End has a fragile eco-system. Let it be the pristine point that East End residents enjoy!!

Leave East End alone, not to mention the entire island. The development of Grande Bay is bad enough. Keep St. John unique and do not allow big development.
