As a timeshare owner at the Westin, I have invested tens of thousands of dollars to spend two weeks on St. John. Why would I spend so much for such a small amount of time? Because of unspoiled natural beauty that can only be found on St. John. I do not wish to see more development on such a small island!

The beauty of St. John is that so little is developed. I'm sure this developer is wealthy. Leave it this way - don't call us, we will call you. No No NO such a terrible idea - except for the devopers bank account.

Please do not desecrate this beautiful Island any more than it already is. St. John does not need more developers, it needs more conservators.

Many of us have grown up on this island we know as our home, out customs, our pride and mist important our unity. If more condos are built our will be destroyed. Many times the Citizens of the Virgin Islands uses the phrase "ayo does over!". Sad to say this is one of those many moments and this time we standing or ground and saying "NO!" We like our home just the way it is. Also if you think about if you kill the culture and the unit of our home, how will the business keep an appeal to the tourist? You could loose your locals, authenticity, live hood and so much of the Virgin Islands, fatter all the physical can't do it all!!!❤️

St John has enough condos already! It is an uncrowded jewel of the virgin islands. If you want tourists to continue to come no more monstrosities like Grande Bay and Serendusa!

This is where I grew up... and so much has already changed... I don't think more housing properties on St John is what the island need. clearly this is not a necessity but just a way for another non-native to make money off our home.

Too many unfinished projects as it is on the island. Keep the natural beauty, PLEASE!!!

I'm currently a student and would like to come back to a home that I could thrive as an entrepreneur after receiving experience abroad.
