You've got to be kidding me! It's not enough that Cruz Bay is starting to look like Miami, now you want to mess up the other end of the island! I'm not saying that the people/company that owns the land can never utilize it, but please make them keep it to a minimum and as low-impact to the environment as possible.

The following are listed as grantees on the most recent Judgement against the property, as filed with the Recorder of Deeds: ACTIUM EAST END HOLDINGS LLC; EAST END LIMITED ST JN-1 LLC; GAURILOFF, HARRY D/B/A; MARVIN BERNING ASSOCIATES; NETHERLAND, DESIREE; NETHERLAND, EDWARD. It is my position that the development request may not have been properly filed unless all Grantees are a party to the request for development, request for variances, and request for zoning change. And, to remind the DPNR as quoted from their own zoning regulations "The extensive waterfront of the Virgin Islands constitutes one of its most important assets". Please preserve it!

The proposed development is not concordant with the area and its limited resources; it would be highly prejudicial to the local environment.

Save our culture. This is one of the few islands left that it's beauty has remained due to the control of excessive building and tearing down property. Let's not turn it completely over to for the greed of the dollar. When it is all gone what would we have left for the next generation to enjoy. We are making it so that everyone one else that don't live on the island but visits a few times a year and take away what we enjoy everyday. " SAVE OUR CULTURE"

This type of development does not fit with the far east end of STJ. It is not the responsible development that we need there.

Perhaps the developer should pick up and finish a stalled development. Let's not create another environmental disaster.
