We are regular visitors and our observation is that these developments do not work out well. Look at the Pond Bay wreckage and Sirenusa.

let it also be known that there will be more accidents on 10 and more need for public service resources on the east end in addition to further disrupting the Eco system and allowing free range of outsiders to change zoning laws at their whim. do not approve

Not only is it bad for St. John, but it's a ridiculous part of the island to do such a thing. The driest, furthest away from everything. Try driving out there and tell me the roads alone would be able to take the traffic just in construction alone let alone ongoing traffic. NOT ON ST. JOHN, PLEASE!!!!

The beauty of St a John is the lack of big buildings and it's small charm. Do not turn it into something it's not. A ZOO!!!!!!

It's hard to imagine a more unsuitable spot in the Virgin Islands for this type of development. The fragile ecosystem and unique cultural heritage of East End will be harmed beyond repair if this absolutely inappropriate project were to proceed.

I imagine it will end up another "Pond Bay" project. A handful of people will make a lot of money and leave another beautiful bay as a bankrupt construction sight. Please... for the sake of saving paradise...No more unmanaged growth!
