We DO NOT want this large structure going up in our beautiful and peaceful East side of St. John. Stop trying to interfere with the small uniqueness of our island! Take that crap elsewhere!

St John has three examples of disastrous non-planning ( Serenusa, Pond Bay and Grande Bay) that were foisted on us by Big Money and that have destroyed the integrity and character of their surroundings. Please don't allow this scenario to be repeated n the East End.

This is coastal development on steroids; the VI needs more designs that fit the scale of the existing landscape if we desire a viable economic future. Prospective buyers would prefer a respite from density, so it is doomed to economic failure, in my view.

Coral Bay is perfect just the way it is. You have the busy side of the island and the quiet side, please build your condos in Miami and leave St. John alone. STOP destroying this beautiful little island!
