The carrying capacity of the East End of St. John has been overpassed for many years. Major new development will create major risk of damages or injury as a rsult of natural disasters, which are likely to increase in view of climate change and Caribbean Sea level rise.

Having just attended the public hearing at the Guy Benjamin School I am even more convinced that my objections to this development are completely justified

The road leading to east end simply cannot tolerate another big project. Too many unique species of plants to ignore as well. There are already lots available that remain unsold, the distance from Cruz Bay and most activites is too far for most visitors. Some places are meant to just meant to be left alone, please.

As a St. Johnian and a decendant of St. Johnians, I hate to see my home being destroyed piece by piece for profit. Keep our islands beautiful! There is no need and we do not want our island to be more developed than it already is!! Respect our local culture and our people!

Do you see what has happened to the Pond Bay Development.? We protested and yet it still passed. Please do not let this happen again. We cannot sustain this growth. If you,pas this, YOU are RESPONSIBLE. Perhaps this time, you will pay the consequences if you allow this development.
